Return & Exchange Policy – Celeste Clothing

We hope you love your purchase from Celeste, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and store credit returns.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • The tags are intact
  • It’s in its original packaging
  • The exchange request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order

Please note: Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

return/exchange handling fee of ₹150–₹250 will apply based on your pincode. This amount will be deducted from your store credit or must be paid in advance for exchanges. This fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges are only possible if the required size or color is in stock. If it is not available, we’ll provide store credit instead.

To request an exchange, email us at celesteclothingindia@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the product back.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.

Returns

We do not offer refunds. However, you can request a return in exchange for store credit, which can be used for your next purchase.

Return eligibility:

  • Return request must be placed within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued if the item passes quality check

Orders refused at delivery without prior approval will be treated as unauthorized returns and processed only after receipt and inspection, with store credit issued as per policy. Refunds will not be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or discounted pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items worn, damaged, or returned after 3 days of delivery

Damages or Wrong Items

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage. We’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.


Return Address

Return instructions and address will be shared once your request is approved via email. Do not send any items without confirmation from our team.
